How can a customer activate “Citadele Phone POS” together with the i.EKA solution on an Android device?

Step 1 – Download the “Citadele Phone POS” and “tapXphone” apps from the Google Play Store. Log in using the email and password provided in your contract. You will receive your password via email, and you will need to change it upon your first login.
Step 2 – Download the “a.eka” cash register app, also available on Google Play. Enter the 8-digit activation code received via email.

What is the difference between the secure module and virtual fiscalization?

Secure module allows transactions without an internet connection and sends the accumulated data to the Tax Authority (VMI) within a certain period. Virtual fiscalization transmits data about each transaction in real time, so an internet connection is required at all times. You can find more information in Lithuanian language here.
