Branches operate by appointment and on a drop-in basis

To serve our customers efficiently, we primarily offer services by prior appointment. If necessary, we will also resolve situations and offer services on a drop-in basis.

  • Individuals and companies can open an account remotely.
  • For services which require more processing time (such as inheritance matters, account opening and change of signatories for legal entities, or operations by an authorised proxy), please make an appointment.
  • If you make a reservation from outside of Lithuania or your phone or computer is in a different time zone, please pay attention to your booking time zone. You must select your reservation in the Vilnius time zone (UTC+02:00).
