A payment to a phone number is a service that allows you to make a money transfer using the mobile app even when you don't know the recipient's account number.  To use the phone number payment service, you need to give your consent in the bank's mobile app to link your phone number to the selected account. You will receive payments from other users of the service to this account. To send money, all you need to do is select a recipient from your contacts list in the mobile app or enter the recipient's phone number. The payment will only be possible if the recipient has also linked their phone number to their bank account.
