What is necessary to activate MobileSCAN?

A mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with:

  • OS Android (from version 9.0) or Apple iOS (from version 16)
  • installed with Citadele Bank's smart app
  • with a working video camera
  • ability to connect to the Internet (wireless or cellular) to perform initial MobileSCAN activation.

"MobileSCAN" can be activated remotely in your Internet bank (by selecting the "Mobile services" section). If you do not find such a section in the Internet bank, visit any branch of the bank where you will receive a license for the MobileSCAN login tool.
