Is it possible to deactivate MobileSCAN?

Yes, you can in the following ways:

  • When you click on the MobileSCAN icon in the Citadele mobile app, you will see a picture of a screw in the upper right corner of the screen that opens. Clicking on it opens a screen called MobileSCAN devices that shows all devices that have the MobileSCAN login installed (max. 3 devices). Select the device on which you want to deactivate MobileSCAN and click "Disable this MobileSCAN device". Next, you will be asked "Are you sure you want to disable MobileSCAN?", clicking "Disable" will disable MobileSCAN.
  • select a device in the "Mobile services" section of the internet bank and press "Remove device".
  • call us at +370 5 221 9091.

Please note that to resume using the MobileSCAN login tool, you need to reactivate it. This can be done in the Mobile Services section of your internet bank or by presenting a valid ID and your mobile device at any bank branch.
