After changing the mobile device, it is necessary to reinstall the Citadele mobile app and reactivate the MobileSCAN login tool.
MobileSCAN can be reactivated in the Internet bank in the section "Mobile services", in the mobile app (read How to reactivate MobileSCAN in the app if I used MobileSCAN before) or in any branch of the bank.
