Insurance

What happens if I miss a personal life insurance payment?

If you do not pay the insurance premium on time, your coverage may be suspended. If a covered event occurs during this period, the insurer will not be required to pay compensation.

If payments are overdue for more than 6 months, the insurer has the right to unilaterally terminate the insurance contract. The insurer must inform you in writing that if the premium or a part of it is not paid within 30 days of receiving the notice, coverage will be suspended and will only be reinstated once the payment is made.
