Sometimes, after the repayment of the loan, the balance of funds remains on the credit installment payment account. If more money has been transferred to your credit instalment payment account than is required to fully repay the loan, on the basis of the linked consumer credit agreement between you and Citadele Bank, such funds will be returned to another account with Citadele Bank (e.g. a bank account, if there is none – the payment account of another Klix credit instalment). If there are no such accounts - then the funds will be transferred to the account of another bank from which the last transfer of funds was received.
If you want to receive these funds to an account other than the one from which the last payment was transferred) or you want the bank to transfer them to you as a matter of urgency, you need to fill out an application for the repayment of unused funds to cover the loan.
In the application, you should specify the account to which you would like the funds to be transferred.

- "Citadels" Internet banks;
- After registering and arriving to fill out an application at the Citadele Bank branch
