What if I want to return an item that I purchased after receiving a linked consumer credit with Klix?

If for some reason you want to return the purchased product or service - you need to notify the seller (trader) of the product. If the seller agrees to terminate the contract for the purchase of the product, their employee will inform us about this and return the money directly to the Citadele bank. After the funds are repaid, the loan will be automatically repaid (its balance is covered) within one working day. And if the purchased product or service is returned to the seller only partially (e.g. one product out of three), the amount of your loan will also be reduced accordingly.
