What will happen if I miss or delay the monthly payment for my Klix linked consumer loan?

Please note that a late fee of 0.05% will be applied for each day the payment is missed, calculated on the amount that day it was not paid.

If you want to change the payment date specified in your contract to a more convenient one, please submit a request indicating your preferred new payment date, which can be between the 1st and the 28th of the month.

The easiest way to submit the request is by logging into the "My Applications" choose "View Contracts" and fill out the "Free form order" specifying the new desired payment date.

You can log into My Applications with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.

Before submitting the request, make sure that your loan payment account has a balance of 25 EUR to cover the fee for this change.
