How can we help with loans taken out using Klix Pay Later payment method?

How and when do I need to make a monthly payment of the Klix linked consumer loan?

Information on how to pay the credit, where, when and how much to transfer funds, how much outstanding loan is left, when interest starts to be calculated, etc. – it is most convenient to find it on "My applications" self-service portal on our website, you can log in with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.

The detailed information is described in your loan agreement, which you received by email after signing the contract. In the agreement, you will find:

  • monthly payment amount and term.
  • the account number to which payments should be made.
  • the date of the first payment.
  • the date of the final payment.
