How does the full/partial repayment process of the Klix linked consumer loan work if I return products or part of my purchase to the seller?

If a product or service does not match the description, is damaged, or there is another reason for returning it, you should first contact the seller. The seller will inform you about the return process, and once the product is returned, they will notify the bank about the full or partial refund.

Your loan will be fully or partially repaid once the seller transfers the funds to Citadele bank. The refund process is usually quick, taking 1 to 3 business days, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 weeks.

To check if the seller has already transferred the refund and whether your loan has been adjusted, log in to the "My Applications" self-service portal on the Citadele bank website.
