How can we help with loans taken out using Klix Pay Later payment method?

Can I return part of a purchase that I made using the Klix linked consumer loan?

Yes, partial returns are possible. However, you must contact the seller of the product or service, who will inform the bank about the partial return and transfer the funds to the bank. Your loan amount will then be reduced by the refunded amount.

You can view your updated repayment schedule by logging into the "My Applications" self-service portal.
