If you want to return a purchased product or service for any reason, you must notify the seller. If the seller agrees to cancel the purchase agreement, their staff will inform us and refund the money directly to Citadele bank. Once the funds are returned, the loan will be automatically repaid (the remaining balance covered) within one business day.

If only part of the purchase is returned (e.g., one item out of three), your loan amount will be reduced accordingly.

If you paid part of the price with your own funds (i.e., not from the loan), you should contact the seller directly for a refund of that portion.
