How can we help with loans taken out using Klix Pay Later payment method?

Why is the term of the Klix linked consumer loan agreement longer than the interest-free period (e.g., Klix 6)?

If you were offered and chose one of our Klix 1 / Klix 3 / Klix 6 products you have the option to repay the full loan within 6 months without paying interest. If you repay the entire loan amount within the interest-free period, the contract is automatically closed.

The loan term is longer because Citadele bank provides you with the flexibility to make smaller payments in case you are unable to repay the full amount within the interest-free period.

On the last page of your loan agreement, you will find an example of how to make monthly payments to fully repay the loan within the interest-free period.
